These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Flowchat (also referred to as "Priority Bot"), a Slack app operated by HARA Consulting kft ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using Flowchat, you agree to these Terms.
Flowchat is a Slack app that categorizes incoming messages by urgency, suggests AI-generated replies, and sends reminders for unhandled messages. It is provided as a subscription service with Free, Pro, and Team plans.
Paid subscriptions are billed and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our payment provider and merchant of record. Paddle handles invoicing, payment collection, and applicable sales tax/VAT. By subscribing to a paid plan, you also agree to Paddle's own terms as the seller of record for your subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by law (see our Refund Policy).
We may change plan pricing with reasonable advance notice; continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Flowchat uses a third-party AI model (via Anthropic's API) to categorize messages and suggest replies. Suggested replies are drafts only — you are responsible for reviewing them before sending, and we are not liable for the accuracy, tone, or appropriateness of AI-generated suggestions. Categorization is provided on a best-effort basis and may occasionally be incorrect; Flowchat is a productivity aid, not a guarantee that no urgent message will be missed.
We aim to keep Flowchat available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may modify, add, or remove features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect paid functionality.
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Flowchat, you also agree to that policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowchat and HARA Consulting kft are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed messages, incorrect categorization, or reliance on AI-suggested replies. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Flowchat at any time by uninstalling it from your Slack workspace and/or cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Flowchat after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
